Tassie Oak Balance and Mobility Beam. Fits 3 steps to walk on and turn around, many uses including stretching, mobilisation, raises, and strengthening. Non-slip EVA base to protect floor surfaces. Coated in food safe and not sticky ‘orange oil’.

Care and use:

- Only use on flat surfaces

- Do not bridge between objects

- Use in area with 2m+ space in all directions

- The natural oils on your feet will keep the beam smooth. If desired re-coat with a natural timber oil.
